STM - Model PC 3D Mini -Proving Chambers Controller
PC-3D MINI is an electronic controller for proofers for pastry shops and bakeries. It monitors the cabinet Temp and humidity. Humidity can be decided to be generated continuously or intermittently.
PC-3D MINI has on board a sequential timer able to control up to 8 proving processes at the same time. The weekly programming function allows the automatic switch-on of the controller at the set time.
User’s interface is made of 3 displays , each one with 3 digits of 13mm, to visualize the Temp, humidity and time values.
Nine function buttons are present to ease the use of the controller.
The operator panel is in polycarbonate supported by an aluminium plate or in thermoformed plastic.
Interface panel graphics and dimensions can be personalized according to customer’s requirements.
