Advantages

  • Complete, pre-configured systems that include pumping stations
  • Quick and easy to install and maintain
  • Pre-assembled piping units with factory-drilled orifices
  • Meet or exceed regulatory requirements

Premier Tech Environment (PTE) has developed a complete One of decentralized wastewater treatment products and services. Its modular PTE Low Pressure Distribution System comes in 3 different models LPD-200, LPD-300 and LPD-400, with orifice shields to prevent intrusion of stones, prema- ture clogging and allow a better distribution of wastewater.

Advantages

  • Complete, preconfigured distribution system
  • Preassembled piping units with factory-drilled orifices
  • Quality of flow distribution higher than regulation requirements
  • Quick and easy installation
  • Maintenance free
  • Gauged pumping station included

Description

The PTE Low Pressure Distribution System allows even distribution of septic tank effluent or a tertiary treatment system effluent towards a dralnfleld. a seepage bed. a sand filter (aboveground or standard) or a polishing field. The system Includes a PSA-240H PTE Pumping Station and a number of low pressure distribution pipe units (the number depends on the daily wastewater flow, the number of bedrooms and the type of leaching system).

Features

  • System includes perforated pipes and a PSA-240H PTE Pumping Station
  • Ten 4.8 mm (Vie") orifices per unit. 1.2 m (48") apart
  • Orifice shields connected on perforated pipes
  • 50 mm (2") main pipe in PVC SCH 40
  • 25 mm (1") distribution pipes in PVC SCH 40
  • Pressure head at orifices between 0.9 and 2 m (36" and 80")
  • Access pipes at each end of distribution pipes for easy cleaning

Operating Principle

To prevent undesirable septic tank effluent particles from entering the distribution pipes, a PTE Effluent Filter must be Installed In the septic tank or In a separate PTE Filter Container. Septic tank effluent flows Into the PTE Pumping Station, from where It Is delivered to the PTE Low Pressure Distribution System (controlled doses, wastewater flow, pressure head at ori- fices, etc.). This pumping station model Is especially designed to ensure even distribu- tion of effluent over the filter bed (seepage bed. aboveground or standard sand filter).

Installation

  • System configuration must comply with local regulations.
  • The number of units required depends on the number of bedrooms In the dwelling, the type of treatment and the type of soil absorption system (sand filter, seepage bed).
  • The PTE Low Pressure Distribution System should be Installed with an effluent filter at the septic tank outlet or In a separate filter container such as the PTE Filter Container.
