SealTex - Model Classic -PU Coated Fabric
Sealtex Classic is a high-technology, PU-coated fabric, on a flexible, highly resistant 100% Polyester tricot knit, 200g. SealTex Classic is a durable, stretchable fabric which is tear resistant, anti-fungal, oil, fat, diesel and grease resistant and can be easily wiped clean. All garments are finished with high frequency welded seams ensuring maximum water-resistance.
Whether it’s a spring shower or torrential rain, moisture will bead on the surface and not penetrate the outer of the jackets or trousers. Available in a wide variety of colours and sizes, Sealtex garments are a popular choice with outdoor workers everywhere.
Portwest conducts regular testing on Sealtex™ Classic fabric to ensure it meets and exceeds EN343 waterproof standards. We use independent test houses to perform hydrolysis and hydrostatic tests.
