DF series pulse-jet cleaning industrial dust collector is an integrated compact structure made of high-quality SPCC steel plate with a thickness of 2-5mm (the main load-bearing part is made of 3-5mm plate) to ensure the structural strength of the machine; Sheet metal adopts laser cutting and precise processing technology to ensure the accuracy of machine dimensions; Improve surface treatment quality to ensure the aesthetic durability of the machine.

The power unit of the fan is composed of a motor and blades, adopting a vertical motor structure and an integrated compact design, which reduces the machine’s footprint while ensuring negative air flow.

Filter unit
In terms of filtration system, a filter cartridge type filter is used, with Japanese imported TORAY brand substrate treated with PTFE film. The filtration accuracy for dust with an equivalent diameter of 0.3 µ m is over 99%, which meets indoor emission standards, has low wind resistance, and is easy to clean.
The filter cartridge filter adopts a vertical installation method, which makes it easy for dust to fall off during pulse back blowing and does not interfere with other filters, avoiding the occurrence of alternating dust accumulation in horizontal or oblique insertion installation.

Pulse-jet cleaning Unit
Adopting the best filter cartridge cleaning technology so far, automatic pulse back blowing cleaning is used, and combined with specially developed spiral blowing technology, the cleaning area covers the entire surface of the filter cartridge without any blind spots.
The electromagnetic pulse valve adopts a double diaphragm structure, with sensitive control and high efficiency, and can continuously blow for 1 million times or more than three years.
Set up a 90 ° spiral nozzle to reduce the demand for compressed air during the pulse-jet cleaning process, saving over 25% of compressed air energy. The nozzle adopts a one-piece design without internal components and is not clogged.
Filter the compressed air with an oil-water separator to ensure that the airflow sprayed onto the filter cartridge is dry and free of impurities. At the same time, a safety drain valve is installed on the air storage tank, which can quickly discharge the compressed air in the tank when necessary. The requirement for compressed air pressure for pulse-jet cleaning is 0.4-0.6MPa.

Electrical control unit
The circuit design of the control unit includes a main power switch, thermal overload, phase loss, and reverse phase sequence protection functions. The pulse-jet cleaning system is independently controlled, and the main electrical components such as internal AC contractors and thermal overload are all Schneider brand electrical components.

Panel start, stop, and pulse-jet cleaning operation
- After connecting the power supply, turn on the red power main switch. The power indicator light (red) will turn on and the device will be powered on;
- Press the start button (green), the running indicator light (green) lights up, the motor is powered on and starts, and the fan runs;
- Press the stop button (red), the running indicator light (green) goes out, the motor stops running, and the fan stops;
- Press the dust cleaning switch, the green indicator light of the metal self-locking switch will light up, and the pulse controller will be powered on and start working; Press the self-locking switch again, the built-in green indicator light will turn off, and the pulse controller will stop working.
Special attention:
- When the dust collector starts working, the fan should be turned on and then the automatic dust cleaning should be started immediately;
- The dust collector should perform offline dust cleaning at least twice a day: turn off the dust collector fan (press the stop button) and continue to turn on the dust cleaning function. Offline dust cleaning should last for more than 30 minutes each time, and the dust in the collection box should be cleaned in a timely manner.
Offline dust cleaning: Due to the negative pressure on the surface of the filter cartridge during operation of the dust collector, some dust, especially fine particles, will be re adsorbed on the surface of the filter cartridge during reverse blowing. Therefore, offline dust cleaning is necessary: stop the fan, but do not turn off the power and gas source, and continue the dust cleaning operation.
