Working principle of vacuum cleaning

After the dust enters the vacuum cleaner through the suction port, it first touches the inclined baffle in the middle of the air inlet, which plays a disturbing role in the incoming gas, changing the direction of dust movement to make it downward. At the same time, the airflow speed slows down. Due to the gravity settling effect, the coarse dust particles in the gas directly fall into the ash hopper, playing a role in pre dust removal. The fine particles entering the collection bucket flow upwards with the airflow, passing through the filter cartridge, and the dust is captured and collected on the surface of the filter cartridge. The purified gas enters the clean room at the upper part of the filter cartridge chamber and is collected by the turbine fan to the exhaust port for discharge.

High-voltage power, continuous escort

The power system adopts the international advanced precision casting turbo blower (air pump), wide pressure and dual frequency, high reliability, low noise, long life, and can work continuously for 24 hours. The power is optional from 1.5kw-4.0kw, the power supply can be single-phase 230V 50/60Hz, three-phase 220-240/345-415V 50Hz and 220-275/380-480V 60Hz, etc. Special voltage can be customized.

In terms of electrical system, the main electronic control components adopt the international famous brand – French Schneider products. The turbine motor realizes independent control of the electric box, built-in thermal overload protection, optional phase loss and reverse phase sequence protection, the control panel is simple and elegant, and can easily realize functions such as remote control and linkage control.

High-efficiency filtration, rejecting dust

In terms of filtration system, the filter cartridge filter is selected. The filter cartridge filter adopts Toray “TORAY” oil-proof and waterproof filter material imported from Japan. It can be customized for specific working conditions.

Solid-liquid separation, customized on demand

Stainless steel mesh is used for solid-liquid separation, and the standard configuration is composed of 1.0-2.0mm stainless steel mesh, which can be specially customized according to the precision required by customers. The solid collector intercepts and traps the iron filings, and the liquid flows into the liquid collecting barrel below, which can be discharged through the oil pump.

Oil discharge system, efficient and reliable

The oil discharge system adopts a stainless steel oil discharge pump, which is full of power, effectively discharges oil, and recycles the incoming oil.

The vacuum bucket is all made of stainless steel, the wall of the bucket is smooth, easy to clean, strong corrosion resistance, durable. The vacuum bucket cover is formed by CNC spinning machine, which has a beautiful and elegant appearance, and prevents problems such as desoldering and cracks.

Negative pressure monitoring, dust cleaning reminder

Negative pressure gauge is a standard configuration component of the whole machine. It is specially customized by Puhua Company for industrial vacuum cleaners. The green, blue and red correspond to the internal negative pressure of the machine in each power segment, and the pointer points to the red area to indicate that the filter needs to be cleaned or replaced.

Industrial casters, easy to move

The installation of industrial casters is simple and convenient. The wheels are made of top-grade polyurethane (PU), and the bracket is made of 2.5mm pickled board to add reinforcement ribs. A single 2-inch caster wheel can carry 50kg. The wheel surface is designed with texture to enhance the anti-skid performance.
