Hengst Filtration - Model 3 & 4 -Pulse Jet and Lug Cartridges
Pulse Jet 3 & 4 Lug cartridges, also known as Twist & Fix cartridges, are designed for a wide range of filtration applications to help prevent harmful dust emissions. They attach securely to the system using three or four lugs and can be installed from either the clean or raw gas side, ensuring a completely tight seal with the dust removal system.
An open cover side allows for the use of cleaning aids like our Rotary air nozzle or our Venturi nozzle for enhanced performance. These cartridges are specially designed to minimize differential pressure and maximize cleaning efficiency.
Compatible with various Jet Pulse systems, including Freudenberg* filters, our cartridges deliver excellent performance, energy efficiency, and safety. When paired with the right filter media from our selection, they are ideal for various industrial applications, including pharmaceuticals, food processing, chemicals, metallurgy, welding, woodworking, and powder coating.
