Pureflow Biofloc - Ozone Generators for Aquaculture
The MAT-KULING Ozone Generators are engineered for aquaculture applications, adhering to EU and US HSE guidelines. These devices are constructed from S3316 stainless steel to deliver stable ozone levels in challenging aquaculture environments. They range from 5 g/h to 6500 g/h, with the option for multiple units in larger applications. Features include a control panel, optional oxygen air preparation units, and PLC automated control. These generators can be integrated with ORP/O3 sensors for automatic operation and ambient ozone gas sensors to maintain a safe work environment. The system supports ozone infusion into water, ensuring safe and effective disinfection. Included components are an air dryer, oil-free compressor, oxygen concentrator, ceramic corona cell ozone generator, various monitoring and control systems, and safety alarms. The design boasts a low-pressure drop, R-134a gas compatibility, and effective operation in humid conditions. The models start from 5 g/h up to 6500g/h and for larger applications multiple units can be assembled. Our ozone generators are designed and fabricated to provide stable ozone output. Furthermore, they can be linked to ORP/ O3 water sensors to automatic start/stop at the required level and can be linked to ambient ozone gas sensors for the health and safety of the work environment.
