Polestar - PVC Profile Extrusion Line for Window and Door Production
This PVC profile extrusion line is engineered to manufacture diverse PVC profiles including window and door profiles, wire trunking, water troughs, and ceiling panels. The system encompasses essential components such as profile extruders, molds, a vacuum calibrating table, a haul-off unit, a cutting unit, and a stacker. Designed with a specified screw for enhanced plasticizing and stable extrusion, this line also features a high-speed cooling die to support efficient production. The equipment allows for precise control and configuration adjustments like fore-back, left-right, and up-down calibration, simplifying operations. An advanced saw cutting unit ensures precise and clean incisions, while a dust collection system maintains cleanliness. Furthermore, the line is automated via PLC control for optimized functionality, delivering high output with low energy consumption.The PVC profile extrusion line is used to produce all kinds of PVC profile such as window & door profile, PVC wire flunking, PVC water trough, PVC ceiling panel and so on. calibrating table, haul-off unit, cutting unit, stacker, etc. Special designed vacuum tank, haul off and cutter with saw dust collecting system guarantee fine product and stable
production.
The plastic profile line is automatically controlled by PLC for easy operation. Also each plastic profile machine in this line can be separately controlled. It achieves low energy
consumption, high output, and performance.
