Octaform Tank Restoration - PVC Rehabilitation & Re-Line Solutions

Octaform`s WallArmor system extends the Octaform product line to include solutions for the repair of existing compromised concrete structures. Using a unique push-on connection method, the system can be tailored to meet a project`s physical location restrictions. The stay-in-place PVC panels protect the new concrete and steel from all corrosive elements greatly enhancing the lifespan of the structure versus conventional methods.

  1. CONCRETE New concrete gives added strength and extends the life of the existing structure for years to come.
  2. PVC PANEL Our unique push-on panel protects the structure from corrosive elements. Octaform PVC resists the corrosive environment created by both acidic and alkaline.
  3. SEALING STRIP The Octaform WallArmor™ system incorporates a co-extruded sealing strip that prevents liquid penetration.
  4. STAND-OFF PIECE Patented connectors provide a precise 2" stand-off from the degraded concrete surface.

If unchecked, corrosion can lead to major structural issues. Octaform provides a modular stay-in-place solution that allows easy concrete replacement.

Aside from the dramatic aesthetic improvement, the rehabilitated structure will have decades of protection to allow the structure to remain in service for years to come.
