PVS - Filtration Plants
The above listed separation technologies differ from each other via pressurized and non-pressurized filtration. Solid matter separation via a micro-filter belt is a non pressurized system which functions using gravitational flow procedures. This process is mainly used by us for the filtration of particles. Membrane technology such as ultra or nano filtration and reverse osmosis are pressurized membrane technologies which we use for the removal of solid content from water (such as bacteria, viruses, colloids, up to dissolved salts and ionic metals).
We have a wide range of proven and reliable components and combinations available for all of these applications which can be used individually or in combination, depending on the project, for example
Pressureless micro-filtration Micro drum-filter Disc filter Micro-filter circulation belt
The plants are available either in a pre-fabricated version for on-site assembly or in a compact skid design (installed inside of a shipping container).
For more detailed information we would be happy to receive your project-specific inquiry with the available influent conditions as well as the requested outlet parameters.
Our database and experience gives us the ability to determine whether your values suffice for a binding offer in combination with our empirical values taken from filter samples or whether additional on-site samples are required.
- Micro filtration
- Ultra/Nano filtration
- Reverse Osmosis
Micro filtration: Filter selections from 10 up to 500µm can achieve throughput capacities of 0.5 up to 2,500l/sec.n.
Membrane technology: Depending on inlet concentration, hydraulic flows of up to 850m3/h can be achieved.
We can reach a very high standard of water quality due to our extensive research, development, and practical experience. In particular for such decisive functions as treatment, backwash and energy recovery elements. These is your guarantee of trouble-free operation, even long after the guarantee has expired
