PVS - Recycling Sorting and Processing Plant
This is a recycling concept in which mixed household wastes made up of organic and inorganic fractions must be sorted to recover potentially recyclable fragments. First the organic material is removed by sections of drum screens and the inorganic material is either mechanically or manually separated (depending on plant design) in a sorting station and sent further for specific material separation.
- Potential recyclable material sorting from municipality and industry waste
- Heap composting with or without fine screening and processing
- Tunnel composting with and without fine screening and processing
Composting
- Conventional heap composting The heaps must frequently be turned by a heap turner and coordinated with the maturation process, both of which must be regularly monitored and carried out.
- Tunnel composting Tunnel composting is a development in which automatically controlled and monitored maturation takes place. The first phase of intensive rotting and maturation is that in which a given quantity of organic material goes through controlled hygienization within a short period of time. To achieve this, a fully automated programme creates the ideal relationship between input of water and oxygen for microorganisms during the complete intensive rotting period. Since tunnel composting was mainly conceived for larger quantities, feeding of the tunnel chamber takes place from above by adjustable spreading belts. Selection of chambers to be filled and feeding take place automatically, depending on the process cycle.
PVS GmbH plants are "designed" for a capacity of up to 2,000 t/d. The number of lines which are incorporated into the plant is dependent upon the various fractions which must be sorted and the mixture of organic components.
International project management/completion. Decades of experience in project development in cooperation with selected and proven components and sub-suppliers.
Wherever renewable resources can be recovered from solid waste in the form of potential recycling material. This not only results in reducing loads destined for landfills but also provides a basis for profitable enterprise. Our experience gives us the ability to execute profitability studies in advance of each project begin, following reception of a binding waste analysis.
