qEVoriginal / 70 nm Gen 2 Column - 5 Pack

Our most popular column, the qEVoriginal, is now available in the Gen 2 range. Gen 2 qEV columns are built with our new proprietary, agarose resin which delivers a more purified extracellular vesicle (EV)-containing eluate. qEVoriginal Gen 2 columns separate particles using size-exclusion chromatography. The qEVoriginal / 35 nm Gen 2 column has an optimal recovery range of 70 nm to 1000 nm and column dimensions and resin volume is optimised for 500 μL sample loading. The qEVoriginal / 70 nm Gen 2 column is compatible with the Automatic Fraction Collector (AFC). AFCs are used to adjust the purified collection volume (PCV) to provide reproducible isolation for downstream analysis. Izon products are designed and manufactured under a quality system certified to ISO 13485:2016. qEVoriginal Gen 2 is also available in the 35 nm series. Product Code: ICO-70
