qEVsingle / 70 nm Gen 2 - 20 Pack

The qEVsingle is now available in the Gen 2 range. The qEVsingle / 70 nm column is designed for separating EVs from a 150 µL loading volume. The qEVsingle is the smallest of the qEV range and the only column that is designed for single use. The qEVsingle / 70 nm has an optimal recovery range of 70 nm to 1000 nm. Gen 2 qEV columns are built with our new proprietary, agarose resin which delivers a more purified extracellular vesicle (EV)-containing eluate. qEVsingle Gen 2 columns separate particles using size-exclusion chromatography. The qEVsingle / 70 nm Gen 2 column is compatible with the Automatic Fraction Collector (AFC). AFCs are used to adjust the purified collection volume (PCV) to provide reproducible isolation for downstream analysis. qEVsingle is also available in the 35 nm series.
