QualiMaster Vision Control - Model VC1 -Automated Granule Monitoring System

Our new intelligent system monitors granules literally “in passing”. A special camera is used to continuously take, process, and analyze pictures of the product conveyor belt. Numerous parameters and product properties are identified and calculated from these images. The quality parameters can be evaluated by the operator or by artificial intelligence.
