Quantum - Model 2000L & 3000L -Tower Sprayer

TANK

• Impact resistant polyethylene tanks with UV-stabilised finish. Calibrated sight gauge, flip-open filling lid with large basket strainer, separate chemical pre-mixer and 1¼” drain valve. Quick fill system and chemical suction probe standard all models. Separate 15 litre fresh water tank. Models available:
• 3000XL litre main tank with separate 90 litre flush tank
• 2000XL litre main tank with separate 130 litre flush tank
• 2000HS litre main tank with separate 80 litre flush tank

FANS
Six individual axial-type fan heads, hydraulically driven simultaneously from tractor hydraulics or self-contained oil supply. Rotomolded fully integrated cowl for light weight and impact resistance. Fully enclosed sealed bearings. Leaf guards are now fitted to the two lower fans behind the sprayer on the QM500 fans.

TRACTOR OIL SUPPLY AND HYDRAULIC CONTROL

• QM500 fans – tractor supplied oil system requires 55 L/ min at 2,750 psi to run fans at 2,500 RPM

• 12 volt electric fan oil cooler to cool hydraulic oil, fitted standard

Hydraulic control block includes pressure regulator, check valve for safety, ½” pressure line system and ¾” return line and case drain outlet. Optional in-cab electric fan speed adjuster which requires HV4000 controller to be fitted. See
factory fitted options.

PUMP

• AR oil-backed diaphragm-type poly pump with chemical resistant diaphragms. AR180LFP (180 L/min), 0–15 bar.

OPTIONAL MICRO POWER PACK (INDEPENDENT OIL SUPPLY)

• The new Micro Power Pack is a self contained, independent oil supply system to reduce reliance on tractor hydraulics. It is PTO driven, mounted on a self steer drawbar and linked to the sprayer. The Micro Power Pack features new technologies which create a smaller (20 litre oil capacity), lighter, quieter and cooler running unit with automatic cut out if oil levels drop.
• Suitable for 40–140 L/min oil flow, dependent on pump size.
• Match pump size to sprayer requirements.
• »»QM500 fans – 36cc pump for max 68 L/min. Requires one tractor remote to drive product pump from tractor hydraulics
• »»Dual pump – Combine the standard 36cc pump with another 24cc pump which drives the product pump, eliminating the need for tractor oil supply for the product pump

DRIVE

• PTO shaft (SH1AG/1200) – for standard model
• PTO shaft (SH5AG/1200) – for Micro Power Pack model

AGITATION

• Twin Supa-flo agitators.

NOZZLES

• Each spray head is fitted with 8 x fully adjustable swivel single-nozzle assemblies. Fitted standard with one set of ALBUZ 60o and 80o ceramic hollow cone nozzles (brown and yellow).

FILTRATION

• Lid strainer, large suction filter and pressure filter or nozzle filters fitted.

CHASSIS

• Hot-dipped galvanised, full-length with jockey wheel or stand.
• Adjustable axle width on HS model, fixed on XL models. Selfsteer drawbar standard.

WHEELS

• 3000XL – 400 x 15.5” flotation tyres, steel rims
• 2000HS – 10.0/75 x 15.3” 10 ply tyres, steel rims
