Quark - Model NextAmp -Analysis System
A gene chip based diagnostic platform designed to analyze up to 100 biomarkers in under two hours, with minimal hands on time.
Our proprietary technology of PanelArray Inject Printing pre deposits primers/probes for biomarkers into individual reaction nanowells, eliminating the laborious pipetting process and the need to purchase and store primers/probes.
Once the chip is loaded with the patient’s DNA or cDNA sample, the sample can be run and analyzed in less than 2 hours. The Q Station has a flexible throughput capacity, eliminating weeks of wait time due to sample accumulation.
NextAmp has a low learning threshold just one step is needed to load the sample into the reaction well and run the test. Its user friendly mechanics limits the potential for contamination between samples.
NextAmp is able to analyze samples of low amount and/or quality nucleic acids. FFPE sample types are the most likely to have low amount/quality issues; assays designed on NextAmp circumvent these issues.
The chip is more cost effective compared to traditional multiplex genetic testing methods when produced in bulk, perfect for routine testing. The Q Station is a capital efficient diagnostic choice for labs.
