R&R - Aerosol Actuator Button Placer Machine

The Aerosol Actuator Button Placer Machine features a dual-level rotating turret that effectively loads actuators from a queue and places them on aerosol containers transported via a conveyor system. Utilizing shaped tooling and pneumatic mechanisms, this machine ensures actuators are securely pressed onto aerosol valves. The turret system then transfers the containers back onto the transport conveyor. The machine also includes a button elevator that moves buttons from a floor-level hopper up to a rotary button sorter positioned at the machine's top. Sensors are in place to maintain a proper queue of buttons, ensuring continuous operation. Additionally, the machine is equipped with its own control panel and operator interface, providing a complete, user-friendly solution for aerosol actuator placement.

This Machine consists of a two-level rotating turret that loads actuators from a queue and positions them over aerosol containers transferred from the transport conveyor.

Shaped tooling and pneumatics push the actuators firmly onto the aerosol valves. The turret transfers the aerosol containers back onto the transport conveyor.

A button elevator loads the buttons from a hopper at floor level into a rotary button sorter in the top of the Machine.

Sensors maintain a minimum / maximum button queue.
