R+W - Model LP1 S -Disc Pack Coupling with Keyway Mounting
Disc Pack Coupling with Keyway Mounting; Extremely high torsional stiffness. Compensates for axial and angular misalignment.

- Two precision machined coupling hubs with keyway mounting
- Connection to the disc pack by means of bushings and high-strength screws
- Axial retention of the hubs on the shaft with DIN 916 set screws
- From series 25,000 assembly screws/superbolts must be used

- Disc pack: highly elastic spring steel
- Hubs: high strength steel
- Service life
- R+W disc pack couplings are fatigue resistant and wear free for an infinite service life, as long as the technical limits are not exceeded
- Fit clearance
- Overall shaft / hub clearance of 0.01 – 0.05 mm
