Air Torque - Model PTU Series -Rack and Pinion Pneumatic Actuators
The Power Technology PTU Series Rack and Pinion Pneumatic Actuators are specifically engineered to endure demanding industrial conditions. Designed and rigorously tested at Air Torque's facilities, these actuators adhere to stringent international standards and integrate unique technical features to maintain performance stability over time. The series encompasses 17 different size models, available in both double action and spring return configurations. They feature a modular design for straightforward installation and maintenance, making them versatile across various applications. With an output torque reaching up to 10,000 Nm and a range of working temperatures from as low as -60°C to as high as +150°C, they offer exceptional adaptability. The actuators boast multiple protection levels, ISO flange compatibility, various shaft connections, and extended stroke adjustment options. This ensures effective alignment with different valve types. Furthermore, they meet several standards including ATEX 2014/34/EU and SIL3, highlighting their quality and safety credentials.
The PT *U" Series is designed arid fully tested in the Air Torque facilities according to the latest and most severe international standards. Unique technical features are integrated in this product line to withstand to heavy working conditions and permit to keep the performance icve: of the actuator stable tor long time after the installation.
