RAD - Model MV-RAD (MED) -Electric Torque Wrenches
The MSDA series battery-operated gate valve wrench is engineered for efficient maintenance and servicing of gate valves, particularly suited for industrial applications such as water supply systems. It features an adjustable breakaway torque that is set analogously, allowing for precise control and operation. The ease of use of this device caters to a broad range of potential applications. Supplied with 8.0 Ah Li-HD rechargeable batteries, the wrench ensures extended operation time, making it particularly advantageous for lengthy maintenance tasks. Such battery capacity significantly extends its usability in the field, reducing downtime for recharging, which is critical in an industrial setting.
The electric torque wrench series MV-RAD is ideal for applications where high torque precision is assumed. The torque can be set digitally by a membrane key control. A very important safety feature is the controlled loosening at counterclockwise rotation. Gearbox damages are reduced thereby. The MV-RAD can optionally be equipped with the Documentation System. Our MV-RAD is especially suitable for maintenance work. With an optional, highly sensitive torque check function bolted connections can be checked, without actually tightening the bolt further. On custom demand the MV-RAD can be programmed with individual parameters. Each torque wrench comes with a reaction arm and 2x retaining ring, calibration certificate and user manual in a storage case.
