Hydreka - Rain Gauge
The HYDREKA rain gauge is a reliable and robust sensor that provides precision rainfall measurement on a given site.A heated version is available to record winter precipitation (hail or snow). Based on small buckets that tip at 0.2 mm, its dry contact signal (Reed bulb type sensor) can be connected to one of the HYDREKA standalone data recorders (Lolog, Vista +, Octopus 4, Octopus LX).

The PL2 rain gauge associated with a HYDREKA recorder, a level probe and a sampler form an ideal measurement chain for monitoring the entry of rainwater into sewer systems.
The HYDREKA recorder is configurable and can convert a water level into flow rate in real time. It is also provided with an alarm output activating a peripheral device according to a given threshold value. (Rain gauge threshold - Rainfall intensity). PL2 rain gauge measurements can be recorded on one of the digital channels on the Octopus recorder. All types of analyses can be carried out using the multiple functionalities of the Winfluid software.
