Cameron Irrigation introduced rainwater harvesting systems to our services after the introduction of severe water use restrictions across the south in 2006, with this in mind and the rising cost of water we wanted to offer our customers a more comprehensive option than a water butt.
From advice and design to installation and servicing we have installed systems for Plant Nurseries, Garden centres, Farms & Private homes; this is a great way to use water which is freely available.
With climate change and environmental issues in mind we can make the most of the worlds precious resources to prevent the situation deteriorating in time for climate change.
When considering a Rainwater Harvesting System you need to take in to consideration the location for the storage of the harvested rainwater and how you would like to store this, our systems design takes in to account the total area to be watered, catchment area and average rainfalls in the geographic area with methods to store the water in a safe manner.
We offer a range of filtration and pumping equipment, with UV products and mains water fill systems to provide additional water during dry spells with a full range of fittings and connection to suit each individual tanks.
Water storage is available in:- Above and below ground plastic tanks in all shapes & Sizes
- GRP Type tanks for underground use from 200 litres to 84000 litres
- Sectional galvanised steel tanks lined from 1600 litres to 1058000 litres
- Lined lagoon reservoirs
