RCprotect GEROfit - Model Class PE 100-RC -High Performance Protective Pipes
EMDS are protective pipes of higher level made of PE 100-RC for laying in an open trench with sand backfill or for trenchless installation. For these applications are suitable RCprotect pipes and GEROfit pipes. During installation in trenches without sand backfill they withstand long-term point loads. Targeted use of newly-developed properties of pipes, such as resistance to slow crack growth, provides assurance that the pipeline meets all the requirements of modern and economical installation. GEROfit R is a pipeline with dimensionally added protective jacket made of modified polyolefin compund. Solid pressure pipe is made of PE 100-RC (Resistance to Crack). The original protective coat protects the pipes against mechanical damage due to the added protective layer! This product is designed for all trenchless methods Black-Box. For safe use for more than 100 years.
