ReactWell - Inert Atmosphere Systems

Reactwell has built, instrumented and programmed an inert atmosphere glovebox for use in catalyst preparations under an oxygen free environment. Our gas phase sensors include oxygen, carbon-dioxide and other key molecules.  In this custom box, we flow a gas stream across a catalyst in the presence of impurity, oxygen, to condense out the oxygen as water. We measure the exotherm by using a thermocouple on the catalyst outlet. The unit is comprised of stainless steel cart, micro-controllers, computer workstation for data viewing and logging, glove box with transfer chamber and gas generators.
