Knox Western - Model TP 60 -Reciprocating Gas Compressors
The TP Series Reciprocating Gas Compressors by Knox Western are designed for various compression applications, offering a power range between 60 to 500 bhp. These compressors feature a heavy-duty cast frame that is simply designed for easy maintenance, ensuring reliability over extended periods. The compressors are available in single, two, and four throws configurations and can handle both single and multi-stage applications up to 6500 PSIG. The TP Series offers both splash and force feed lubrication options and is constructed from durable materials like grey iron, ductile iron, carbon steel, and forged steel. Piston speeds are optimized for 600 fpm with a range of stroke specifications and crankshaft diameters. The components are constructed to withstand substantial rod loads, ensuring operational durability. The TP is a low horsepower line of compressors and was designed to meet a wide range of compression requirements. This compressor offers single and multistage applications to 6500 PSIG.
TP Series can be configured with distance pieces and special materials. It comes with a single, 2 and 4 throw configuration frame. The TP model can be splash lubricated or force feed lubricated.
