A DNA sequence encoding the human CGA (NP_000726.1) (Met 1- Ser 116) was expressed, constructed the plasmid 1; A DNA sequence encoding the human FSHB(NP_000501.1) (Met 1- Glu 129) was fused with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the human CGA&FSHB heterodimer was purified.
