Protein Foundry - Model XCL1- PFP005 -Recombinant Human Lymphotactin Protein Cell

This construct contains the WT sequence for XCL1. A disulfide bond forms between C11 and C48.  It has previously been shown that WT Lymphotactin (XCL1) is able to interconvert between two distinct conformations under physiological conditions. In one conformation, Lymphotactin exists as a monomer and is able to bind to its receptor, XCR1. In the other conformation, XCL1 exists as a dimer and loses its affinity for XCR1.
