REDCO - Model RQD Series -Quick Dryers
The REDCO RQD series quick drying units are highly efficient sludge drying systems. The main advantage of the RQD series quick drying facility is its ability to produce high-dryness final products in limited space while performing this process at low costs. These quick drying systems are particularly useful for small-capacity treatment plants due to the low operating and investment costs. Additionally, the short sludge processing time makes it practical, allowing for easy operation and immediate sludge drying. The units dry the product by passing it through high temperatures in a short time, ensuring moisture is removed from within before reaching peak temperatures. In the process overview, the Quick Dryer breaks down the product into small pieces, providing pneumatic drying with hot air. As the suction fan draws the product, a pressure drop in the dehydrator allows moisture removal without excessively high temperatures, thereby minimizing fuel consumption.
REDCO RQD series rapid drying units are highly efficient sludge drying systems. The most obvious advantage of the RQD series fast drying facility is that it produces end products with high dryness in a limited area and carries out this process at low costs. Fast drying systems are a very useful system for small-capacity treatment plants in terms of low operating and investment costs.
In addition, sludge processing is practical due to the short process time and can be easily operated and started to dry sludge.
Since drying is done by exposing the product to high temperatures in a short time, the product is dried by removing the moisture in it before reaching high temperatures.
Quick Dryer Process Explanation
Quick Dryer breaks the product into small pieces and provides pneumatic drying with hot air. In response to the suction fan's desire to pull the product, a pressure drop occurs in the reverse suction dehydrator, thus removing moisture from the product before it reaches high temperatures. And in this way, fuel consumption is minimized.
- Wet Product Collection Bunker: The moist product is poured into the bunker here.
- Wet Product Feeding Conveyor: The product is transported from the bunker to the drying system with the help of a double system screw.
- Feeder: It is the mechanism that allows the product to be inserted into the dehydrator for drying.
- Dehydrator: This is our specially designed machine where the product is dried.
- Hellhole: It is the part that allows hot air to enter the system with the help of the burner.
- Cyclone: This is the section that separates and lowers the dry product.
- Air Lock: It is the part that maximizes drying efficiency by preventing air from entering the system from outside and ensuring that the product comes out in a healthy way.
- Waste Heat Recovery Unit: It is the unit that provides the hot air coming out of the chimney while it is inert in the system, as thermal input to the system.
- Suction Fan: This is the part that provides hot air circulation.
- Chimney: It throws the moist air out of the system.
- Dry Product Exit Conveyor: It is the machine that allows the dried product to be transported to the desired location.
