Remon - Drinking Water Disinfection UV Light System
The most professional way of drinking water disinfection is surely UV light. With a professional drinking water UV, the water is shined through with UV light, and any bacteria, yeasts and viruses are sterilized by the UV light with a specific wavelength of 254 nm. This prevents the organism from reproducing and therefore it will die.
If you use water as drinking water, it must be clean. All contamination must be eliminated, both dissolved substances and bacterial and viral contamination. To make and keep the water free of germs, we disinfect the water. We can do this in 2 ways; with chemicals or with UV light.
Worldwide, chemical disinfection is the most common method of drinking water disinfection. Everyone recognizes the chlorine taste of drinking water abroad.
