Remote displays are a very effective medium for advertising or for promotional purpose. Sectors ranging from business, governmental, non-governmental make the most of such displays by conveying information through them. The 21st century has seen an exponential growth on the use of such displays. Hoarding boards, sign posts, message boards are seen replaced with digital display units that convey unlimited information in limited spaces. Product Line Display:
Product line displays are special type of displays to show the system performance. The displays can be directly connected to the PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) or other hardware to give real time information of the system. They are especially used while manufacturing or during production, to analyze whether or not if the desired target has been achieved. Also, they are used to find and determine faults in the system.

Bus Terminal Displays:
Installed at Bus Terminals (as the name suggests), these displays are programmed to show schedules for arrival and departure time for (obviously) buses. The one installed and operational at Bharatpur at the moment, is capable of four line simultaneous display. These displays are made using individual dot matrix units. Each such unit is capable of displaying alphanumeric values. The installed display at Bharatpur currently shows departure and arrival timing information of all the buses along with the Bus number, Destination, Remarks and service provider information.

Airlines information display:
The concept behind airlines information display is much rather the same as the one used for the Bus Terminal Display, only difference being, of course its purpose. However, the airlines information display demands a much larger display area, because it would require displaying more information at any particular instance of time. Information that may be in the form of flight name, number, arrival or departure time, boarding time, flight status, etc.
