Repolyfine - Model LS-55 -Impact Modifier for PVC Fitting
Impact Modifier for PVC Fitting LS-55 is acrylate copolymers and has an core-shell structure, the core is an high-molecular weight acrylic polymer, can improve the impact strength of PVC products, and the shell is methacrylic polymer, can blend with PVC resin. LS-55 offers outstanding room and low temperature impact in combination with unsurpassed ease of processing. The unique properties of LS-55 make it especially suitable for vinyl siding and fence substrate formulations where high filler levels and high production rates put maximum stress on the formulation. Due to its unique process aid functionality, LS-55 does not need to add processing aid in formulations that it is used to modify.
