ReRa Solutions - High-Quality Silicon Reference Cell for Solar Simulator Irradiance Levels
The Silicon Reference Cell from ReRa Solutions is a precision-engineered sensor designed to ascertain the irradiance levels of solar simulators. Leveraging advanced calibration techniques at the Radboud University Nijmegen PV Measurement Facility, the reference cell is benchmarked against an NREL calibrated reference cell, ensuring high reliability and accuracy for indoor applications. The reference cell adheres to the stringent standards set by the World Photovoltaic Scale (WPVS) and complies with IEC 904-2 requirements. Optional KG windows are available to cater to various specific cell material measurements, such as KG1, KG2, KG3, and KG5. The product lineup includes models RR-1001 and RR-1002, which differ by their shunted and open configurations respectively. The inclusion of the quartz window as a standard feature enhances its suitability for precise measurements, making it an essential tool for photovoltaic research and testing.
The standard Mono Crystalline Silicon Reference Cell is a high-quality precision sensor for the determination of solar simulator irradiance levels. ReRa Solutions uses the Radboud University Nijmegen PV Measurement Facility to calibrate the cells. The calibration is done against an NREL calibrated reference cell. This results in reference cells which are very well suited for indoor applications. All reference cells meet the standards of the World Photovoltaic Scale (WPVS) and the requirements of IEC 904-2.
