Superior - Model DU -Residential Water Treatment System
The Superior Water Conditioner® DU-models are designed to leave the desirable minerals such as calcium, magnesium and other minerals in the water that are beneficial for human consumption. The Superior unit is not a water softener and should not be represented as such. The Superior unit does however condition the water in such a way that it prevents hard water scale from accumulating in the pipes and from adhering to the heating elements in the dishwasher and water heater.
There are several other benefits of physical water conditioning such as: less spotting on dishes, silverware, and even shower doors. Excellent outside applications for Superiorized® water include irrigation (lawn, shrubbery and gardens) and washing the car, house windows, etc.
Superiorized® water is compatible with Sand, Green Sand, Birm, GAC, KDF, as well as all other types of filter media and will provide much better results than just filtration alone.
