Greenchain Group - Reverse Osmosis Solutions for Water Treatment
Greenchain Group specializes in reverse osmosis (RO) solutions designed to provide reliable, affordable, and efficient water purification. Utilizing a first-principles design philosophy, the company leverages extensive knowledge of membrane technology to produce state-of-the-art RO systems. These systems are capable of eliminating dissolved impurities such as hardness, salts, color, toxins, pesticides, and nitrates by pressure-driven mechanical separation. As an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Greenchain designs and manufactures solutions using high-quality components readily available from local and international sources, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Their comprehensive approach includes process design, mechanical and electrical engineering, manufacturing, and maintenance services.
Greenchain Group's RO systems offer reliability, affordability, and ease of operation whilst efficiently delivering water of the highest quality. With a first-principal design philosophy and in-depth knowledge of membrane technology, we are equipped to deliver state-of-the-art RO solutions across the value chain.
As an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), our team designs and manufactures solutions that incorporate a blend of high-quality, cost-effective local and international components that are readily sourced. Our approach aims to streamline your deliverables from start to finish with process design, mechanical and electrical design, manufacturing, installation, maintenance, project management, and documentation.
EFFECTIVELY ELIMINATES DISSOLVED IMPURITIES:
- HARDNESS
- SALT
- COLOUR
- TOXINS
- PESTICIDES
- NITRATES
- AND MORE...
Reverse Osmosis (RO) is a type of membrane technology used to separate target contaminants from a liquid stream. This is achieved via pressure-driven mechanical separation that ensures consistent permeate (filtered) water quality irrespective of fluctuations in inlet quality.
Contaminant rejection is dependent on the membrane pore size, the molecular size of the contaminant, and pressure among other factors. Typical RO is deployed to target constituents such as hardness, salts, colour, toxins, pesticides, CEC's, nitrates, and more. The possibilities and applications of RO are wide ranging when integrated into multi-barrier solutions.
01
Highly effective filtration
Removing impurities like solids, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, pesticides, and Chemicals of Emerging Concern (CEC's).
02
Consistent high quality process water
Improving pharmaceuticals, electronics manufacturing, and food and beverage product quality.
03
Cost-effective
Reduced operational costs, low maintenance, and high energy efficiency.
04
Scalable and convenient
Scalable skid-based or packaged solutions that minimize civil work, and installation time, and allow for up/down modifications.
05
Versatile
Can be customized and applied across various settings and industries.
06
Sustainable
Promotes sustainability by reducing waste and energy, improving quality, and opening to door to reclamation.
Note
Remineralization
In certain applications, remineralization of RO permeate is performed for compliance and operational standards.
