Riplast - Low Density PE Pipe
RIPLAST pipes are specially designed for irrigation systems, lateral branches and small supply pipes from the water reserve to the field, characterized by low heads and moving parts.
They are produced with excellent quality alternative materials, consisting of R-PE UNI 10667 , i.e. secondary raw materials with a polymer matrix of LDPE and LLDPE, carefully selected, subjected to additional processes with virgin materials and special additives.
Due to their characteristics, they represent a valid economic alternative, capable of offering excellent performance over time .
Soaplast produces RIPLAST® tubes paying particular attention to the selection and origin of the materials, their mixing, the enrichment with virgin polymers of high mechanical characteristics , gradually remedying the phenomenon of premature aging of the product.
The company is committed to continuous research with the aim of increasingly improving the quality of the product, through the development of a specific self-control plan, from raw materials to testing on finished products .
To guarantee the dimensional standard of PE pipes on the market, RIPLAST® refers to the national technical standards relating to low density polyethylene pipes for pressurized fluid pipelines .
RIPLAST® tubes are available in rolls from ø16 to ø110 mm with three different series. Over the years, the RIPLAST® pipe has found strong appreciation from many installers and farmers, comforted by its high and long-lasting performance. RIPLAST® pipes are produced by size in reference to national technical standards relating to low density polyethylene pipes for pressurized fluid pipelines, in three different series:
- Type 4 – small thickness series
- Type 6 – medium thickness series
- Type 10 – thick series
Tubes are heat-branded along the generator indelibly and legibly during the manufacturing process.

- Diameter and type of tube
- Production date and shift
- Production line
- Footage
RIPLAST® pipes have always been appreciated due to their technical characteristics, typical of polyethylene pipes, and their cost-effectiveness:
- Easy installation for lightness and high flexibility.
- Reduced pressure drops thanks to the low roughness of the material and its resistance to the onset of encrustations.
- Corrosion resistance; it can be buried without protection.
- Resistant to a vast range of chemical products and resistant to most bacteriological agents present in the soil.
