Diaphragm valves, often used in liquid systems, function through a 'pinching' method, employing a flexible diaphragm to control flow. These valves are particularly suited for working pressures ranging from DN50-DN125 at 1.0Mpa to DN250-DN300 at 0.4Mpa. They accommodate working temperatures between -20°C to +60°C, following EN588-1 face-to-face dimensions, and flange connections in accordance with EN1092-2, BS4504 standards. Notably, these valves are tested under DIN3230 and API598 standards and are compatible with a variety of media including cement, clay, granular fertilizers, and both fresh and sea water, besides inorganic acids and alkaline liquids. While unsuitable for high-temperature applications, their design enables efficient flow control in constrained environments, emphasizing reliability and adaptability across a multitude of industrial applications.
