InfraTech Solutions - Model S100 HD -Robot Crawler for Pipe Inspection
The S100 Robot Crawler is an adaptable inspection system designed for pipe diameters ranging from 4 to 24 inches, and can extend to inspect pipes up to 48 inches with optional components. Featuring a compact 6-wheel-drive crawler body, it accommodates various wheel types to suit pipe sizes. The system's camera includes a SONY CCD with 540TVL, 720p resolution, pan and tilt capabilities, auto-level function, and high-intensity LED illumination. It is accompanied by a 12.1-inch LCD display and a 128GB hard disk for data storage. This crawler is equipped with a 390-foot manual fiber optic cable reel, which can be upgraded to a motorized reel extending from 490 to 980 feet. The S100's amphibious nature allows operation in pipelines sized from DN 500mm to 6000mm.
