RoboTech Vision - Caster Indoor and Outdoor Robotic Platform
The Caster mobile robotic platform by RoboTech Vision is designed to excel in both indoor and certain outdoor environments, thanks to its differential wheel chassis supporting a load capacity of up to 75 kilograms. It is equipped with two powered wheels and two support casters, which enable it to traverse door sills, drainage channels, and even paved roads with ease. The platform is highly adaptable, featuring optional devices such as a robotic arm, RTV sensor Box for autonomous operations, and other auxiliary equipment. Caster's system includes gearless, maintenance-free drives offering precise positional control and regenerative braking for efficient power use. Its universal application potential includes roles in disinfection, heavy item delivery, and environmental exploration. With several operational modes, including teleoperator control and full autonomy through AI-enhanced algorithms, Caster ensures versatility and reliability in various technical and operational tasks across diverse settings.
Indoor robotic platform
The Caster mobile robot is a versatile platform designed for both outdoor but primarily to the indoor environments. The robot overcomes door sills, raised covers or drainage channels and can move outdoors, especially on paved roads. Caster can safely carry loads of up to 75 kilograms.
The robot’s base is a differential wheel chassis with two powered wheels and two support casters. The larger wheel size and performance characteristics of the drives ensure a smooth transition through uneven terrain. The platform can be equipped with a robotic arm, RTV sensor Box for autonomous movement, or other equipment as required.

Thanks to the gearless drives, the Caster robot runs quietly and does not disturb its surroundings with excessive noise.

Maintenance-free drives give the robot high agility and the ability to move quickly and smoothly even on uneven surfaces.

Caster as a disinfection platform
The interior robot can be used for delivering heavier objects, exploring the environment or disinfecting it. The platform can be equipped with a portable box, camera, robotic arm or germicidal lamp. The latter solution found its application especially during the pandemic. The action radius of the UVC lamp on the robotic chassis becomes movable, resulting in a significant reduction in disinfection time. The robot can be controlled with a joystick or use the autonomous mode with AI.
R&D platform
Basic platform suitable for universities and research institutions for algorithm development. It can be supplemented with sensor and software equipment as required, or outputs for other devices.
Teleoperator
A platform suitable as a service robot controlled by a teleoperator using the application. It is possible to equip the robot with a sensor system, robotic arm or devices as required.
Autonomous
An autonomous platform designed for both outdoor and indoor environments. The robot is equipped with the RTV sensor Box and AON algorithm. The device is able to get autonomously to the specified position without collision and perform the task.
