The roller squeezing granulator is mainly composed of components such as an electric motor, belt pulley, reducer, active shaft, passive shaft, feeding hopper, roller (pressure roller), crushing and screening workshop, etc. Its working principle is that the belt and pulley are driven by an electric motor, transmitted to the active shaft through a reducer, and synchronized with the passive shaft through a split gear. The material is added from the feeding hopper, extruded by rollers, demolded and pelletized, and then transported through a chain to the crushing and screening workshop for screening and separation of finished particles. Subsequently, the finished granules are mixed with new materials and then granulated. With the continuous rotation of the electric motor and the continuous entry of materials, the equipment can achieve mass production.
