The stainless steel cart for Roller Bottles is a cell culture device that complies with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) by avoiding any risk of contamination due to corrosion thanks to its stainless steel frame. The LCD touch screen allows users to set the culture parameters such as rotation speed, rotation direction, duration, etc. The integrated battery ensures that the device continues to operate in the event of power failure, or during transfers from the filing room to the incubator, by allowing up to 2 hours of autonomy. Handling is made easy thanks to a large handling bar.
In addition, the cart has been specially designed for easy cleaning. The choice of materials guarantees its sturdiness in use. What’s more, its design enables repeatable bottle positioning from one cart to the next. Finally, the integration of RFID tags ensures production tracking and traceability.
