Rosal - Model VRE-MRA -Hammer mill
Monobloc strongly-constructed steel body supported by a bedframe provided with special floor-locking vibration absorbers. Direct motor transmission by means of flexible coupling. Circular screens in two sections, easy to replace from the outside with the mill in operation. Rotor turning rightwise and leftwise for a maximum use of the hammers and screens. Side doors enabling an easy access to the rotor in order to control and change the hammers.
Feding device:
Feeding is effected by means of a honeycombed roller driven by a IHP. motor reduction unit.
Central product feed with deviation by means of a pneumatic cylinder according to the direction of rotation. Automatic adjustment through an electronic frequency converter provided with a load programmer, taking as a reference the currently consumption of the main motor.
High-duty magnet used to separate the metallic particles. Built-in device used to separate any eventual heavy bodies, such as stones, etc.
