1. Quick-release cover - Access to all wetted parts by simply loosening four ring nuts.
2. The rotors - Large selection of high-quality rotors for almost pulsation-free pumping of the medium.
3. The casing protection - The casing liners and casing protection plates protect the pump casing from wear and can be replaced in a matter of minutes.
4. The intermediate chamber and shaft seal - The large-volume quench chamber is oil-filled and ensures the highest degree of safety. The ideal mechanical seal is selected depending on the medium.
5. The carrier and timing gear - The high-quality and maintenance-free carrier and timing gear guarantees a smooth and even operation of the rotors. The result is a long service life of the pump.

The BLUEline rotary lobe pump is available in 21 different sizes. With flow rates between 1 and 1.600 m³/h, there is always a pump which is perfectly suited to every single application.

Boerger has been building rotary lobe pumps for more than 20 years and offers you a range of 21 different pump sizes. Each pump size has up to 8 different rotor geometries available in various materials. The specially patented design ensures that the sturdy rotor core and the shaft remain untouched by the pump medium at all times. Due to the many different factors involved when selecting the right rotor, the special requirements of the customer are always taken into account.

And by the way: rotors available for all sizes can also be fitted into any rotary lobe pump previously supplied. That is regardless, whether it was bought 20 years ago or just last year.
