1. RPB helical flexible rotor pump is a positive displacement pump, its rotors are driven by two synchromesh gears of parallel axis, and running oppositely. Rotor and pump body form one sealed cavity after another, the running rotors push liquid to discharge pump cavity, and form vacuum state on inlet port to suck liquid.
2. The helical rotor pump is used to transfer all kinds of high viscosity liquids, such as epoxy resin, polymer, solvent, detergent, fire fighting foamer, etc.
3. The structure of pump is perfectly symmetrical, the delivery direction of pump is available to change by the driven direction.
4. Good self-priming ability, the maximum suction could be reach to 9m.
5. Simple structure, various installation mode, energy-efficient.
6. All kinds of rotor types for different application: double linear rotor, three linear rotor, three helical rotor. And rotor materials could be rubber or metal.
