ROTEC - Apron Type Shot Blasting Machine for Efficient Surface Cleaning

The Apron Type Shot Blasting Machine from Rotec is extensively used in Vietnam for achieving thorough cleaning of materials that cannot be effectively cleaned through manual methods. The blasting operation is driven by a centrifugal shooting head equipped with vanes and shot cups, ensuring high-speed projection of steel shots (up to 80mm/s) that impact and meticulously clean the surface of the workpiece. Any dust generated during the process is captured and retained by a dust collection system to maintain a clean environment.
