ROTEK Auto-control Filter with Multi-Media Sand as the filtration media is designed to deliver exceptional performance by utilizing high-quality components. It is engineered for longevity and energy efficiency. This Multi-Media Sand Filter (MMF) efficiently removes impurities from water by passing it through a bed of quartzite sand with varying gradations. Installing a Sand filter is recommended when the water`s turbidity load is high, causing water quality issues and deposits on pipelines, boilers, taps, and appliances. ROTEK Multi-Media depth filters are specifically designed to remove particles that are 5-15 microns in size or larger. The filtration media used in our filters is carefully selected based on particle size, ensuring that the media retains its stratification during the backwash and rinse processes.
