Rotem - Model DRM-2D -Area Monitor
The DRM-2D is a CsI(Tl) detector based, highly sensitive Area Monitor, including a Visual Display and Status LED’s. It is designed specifically to be used as a fixed monitor in areas where fluctuations in background levels are important. The detector is mounted internally and provides a measuring range from 0.01 mSv/h to 100 mSv/h (0.001 mR/h to 10 mR/h ).

The DRM-2D is a wall mounted instrument that can be connected to the AC power with NiMH backup batteries. The radiation data can be sent via TCP/IP, wireless or hardwire (Rs-232) to a Remote Monitoring System.
