PPL - Round Tank Cover
Power Plastics offers industry leading round tank covers designed to provide secure and versatile protection for various waste and water management applications. These PVC membrane covers, with a minimum weight of 900 g/m2 and specially applied coatings ensure effective containment and environmental protection. The covers are tensioned and secured with stainless steel ratchets to the tank wall and can also include an optional central support column made from durable hardwood or stainless steel. All our tank covers comply with WIMES 8.05 (October 2024).
Our round tank covers are used in wastewater treatment plants, potable water storage facilities as well as for industrial tanks and tanks for bio/anaerobic digestion. The covers provide a barrier against contaminants, odours, and environmental elements, ensuring the integrity of the stored materials.
Our round tank covers are constructed from durable, weather-resistant materials that ensure long-lasting performance. They are designed for easy installation and removal, as well as enabling quick access for maintenance and inspection via a 1.0m x 1.0m viewing hatch/door. The covers feature 2 vents as standard, to prevent over/under pressure and reinforced edges and secure fastening systems to provide a tight seal and reliable protection. Our round tank covers can be customised to fit various tank sizes (up to 50m diameter) and configurations, ensuring a tailored solution for each application.
