What is a REACH Compliance Import Certificate?

A REACH Compliance Import Certificate allows the importer to demonstrate to the EU enforcement authorities that the chemical substances and quantities that are imported are covered by the (pre-) registrations of the OR. The certificate can also be used for verification of REACH compliance in the case of an audit by relevant national authorities. A sample of the REACH Compliance Import Certificate issued by REACH24H is available on request.
