Rubb Buildings Ltd can provide robust and reliable engineered movable fabric covered buildings and portable buildings. Designed and manufactured in the north east of England, the Rubb BLE Series shares the same properties as any other Rubb structure; strong, durable, custom designed and competitive.
The BLE Structures are equipped with lifting points providing easy crane liftable connections, allowing the structure to be lifted into position to provide the required cover.
This movable building range can also be designed to be mounted and run on a track system to provide a perfect solution for large scale production lines or coverage of ships and dry docks.

The price includes a complete steel structure, manufactured ready for erection. The steel is hot dip galvanized to BS EN ISO 1461:2022 after the welding process to provide a maintenance-free building, and comes with a 25 year anti-corrosion guarantee.
Rubb only use high quality tested fabric membrane from a reputable manufacturer. The fabric’s tensile strength, elongation, tearing strength, bursting strength coating adhesion and resistance to flexing has been tested according to a number of European standards including BS 3424. The fabric is flame retardant and self-extinguishing to BS 5438 Test 2B and BS 7157. All our fabric membranes come with a 10 year manufacturer’s guarantee against defects.
When it comes to sliding aircraft hangar doors, Rubb uses only the best. Our supplier is world renowned for superior industrial sliding and sliding folding door solutions. All doors are bespoke and designed to project-specific requirements. Everything is taken in to consideration: size of opening, climatic conditions, wind pressure loadings, architectural features and more.
Rubb can supply various sizes of electrically operated roller shutter doors to fit the BVE: galvanized steel convex lath curtain; heavy-duty guides and galvanized plates; pre-galvanised rolled steel ‘T’ section bottom rail; bottom rubber seal.
Rubb can also supply 1.2m x 2.1m single access doors for installation in the rear gable end and sidewalls: to suit a structural opening of 1200mm x 2100mm W&H; heavy duty 1.5mm door skin thickness; low profile threshold - 2mm stainless steel; emergency exit touch bar panic latch c/w lever handle and euro cylinder; outward or inward opening.
Rubb can supply and install lighting and heating packages to suit individual requirements. For example: provision of a mains distribution panel; main LED lighting, 150-250 lux; emergency exit lighting; electrical sockets; earthing of structure.
All shelters are easy to erect by either your own labour force, by a Rubb construction team or by using a Rubb adviser together with your own labour. Rubb fabric shelters can be quickly designed, manufactured and constructed to suit clients’ needs, available space and site restrictions.
