The Rubber Powder Mill Machine is applied to shred the rubber lumps into small particles at a normal temperature，at the meantime，the wire pieces will be separated from the rubber particles。

By the theory of circle shredding，you can get the rubber particles at the sizes of 10-30 meshes，by the process of sifting and magnetic separating，you can get the rubber particles at the purity of 99%。

1. We use chilled casting steel rollers with chemical elements as Cr, Mn and Mo and so on, which is not only hard but also durable,this special steel to keep the rollers can be repaired by welding, and guarantee the whole life reuse.
2. The rollers are both grooved, they can and increase 1/4 capacity, furthermore, their unique speed ratio 1:2.5 is the perfect ratio for crushing tires.
3. The rollers Hard-surface gear reducer is applied in our machine which save1/3 energy saving. Ball bearings are also reduced the fraction and save electric power consumption.
4. Special cooling system makes the machine have longer life than others.
